Returns & Refunds Policy

At SCNT, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Due to the nature of fragrance products, certain items are subject to specific return conditions. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1.Opened Fragrances

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on fragrances that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the product is faulty.

If you are unsure about a fragrance, we recommend contacting us before purchase for guidance or requesting recommendations.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Leaking

  • Incorrect (got sent the wrong item (s) )

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@scnt.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, as well as cover shipping fees.

3. Bespoke / Personalised Orders

Bespoke or personalised fragrances (including customised blends or labelled items) are non-refundable unless faulty.

As these items are created specifically for you, they cannot be resold.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Personalised or bespoke products

  • Gift cards

  • Forms outside the 48 hour return window
